The initial session focuses on clarifying your GlowUp! vision of what you want to change, achieve or heal. What isn’t working anymore? What is your soul calling for? We will discuss current challenges and ideal outcomes, setting the course together for inspired action and new possibility.
3-Month Growth Package: Stoke Your Inner GlowUp!
Over 3 months, we will help you identify blocks to your highest expression of self and release old, limiting patterns of belief and behavior. You will experience new levels of inner soul awareness and develop strength in making self-affirming choices. We will help you build a solid toolbox for personal alignment, meaning and on-going spiritual evolution.
1-Month Intensive Package: Spark Your GlowUp!
The 4-week intensive is designed to help you get strong traction toward the change you know needs to happen. Weekly sessions with email check-ins for accountability will help get you moving in your desired direction with clarity, intention, and support.
6-Month Alchemy Package: Living in Your GlowUp!
True lasting change takes consistency. Over six months, we will get at the root of anything holding you back from your highest soul potential. You will learn to let go of any self-limiting beliefs and behaviors and deepen trust in your intuitive wisdom. Connected to your highest truth, you will feel empowered to move forward in meaningful ways, creating new patterns of personal expression and self-care. You will learn to live from a higher perspective of soul centered awareness and as a result, you will feel freer and more attuned to your unique purpose. Peace and joy become the new normal.
*All coaching sessions will be given via Zoom and all needed information will be handled via email.
*All coaching sessions must be cancelled/rescheduled at least 24 hours before appointment.
*If your session is cancelled within 24 hours, your session will be forfeited.
